If they use the money to pay some of the debt it will then leave PDN with 350m odd debt and sure less to service 350 odd debt than 600m
I believe that 25% stake is the best asset they have as it produces U at a low cost so it is profitable and that is the reason they can sell it.
With that income producing and profitable asset gone, would they have others left which can generate enough income to service that 350m odd debt left?? as U price can stay low for much longer.
