Q2: how much hurrying do the current permits allow?
Sure, we could pre-order the modules needed to size up the plant, but IIRC we still need a permit for mining Nymagee and one for expanding the plant (even though the later should be rather simple imO, if they drafted the application for the current plant permit with the expansion in mind and the former is a slam-dunk, too, given the Situation is basically the same as at Hera, so it's mostly copy-paste)...
Hopefully management has draft applications for Nymagee already in its drawers and only waits for a slightly expanded resource to file them ...
If I were to speculate, I'd rather think about the added flexibility of maybe drilling our other (non-copper) assets should market prices go north in a hurry ... though I don't really see that become true for tin atm ...
