Well, I can say that I did sell a parcel of stock and the price I received was less the stated low on commsec's site. Thinking that this was an error or impossible so I contacted them and they referred me to their new policy. A lot of people have been experiencing this and that is why now when you call them and they place them on hold they make sure stress the fact that the new policy is in place. So no conspiracy mate, it is real and you might be a bit cranky because we have all lost money at some point in time and I appreciate that. So good luck, and please contribute to some of the informative discussion on this web site and don't waste your time on conspiracies, or I might have to organise a conspiracy fighting fund to raise money just for you.
