Not sure about that. AQG for example has been up nicely (currently 3%) all day on no news.

PRU and SBM have been much more volatile though so could finish anywhere. Both up around 2% currently but SBM was down around 5% early.
HUI only dropped 1% and GDXJ only lost 0.7% and neither had the benefit of a lower AUD to absorb the fall in POG last night.
We are seeing a lot of chop lately but most gold stocks firming over the last week.

GS advised covering shorts on NCM with limited downside remaining given as the reason.
