I have not looked at the depth but someone is selling this down for the SP to drop after that announcement.

I rate that announcement over the SCPPA ann of years gone by.

We have much more chance with the locals holding our hand and greasing the wheels in a way that an outsider rarely can - no natter how charming or colloquial we are.
