re: reaffirmed earning - sinmaster Actually I did lodge a formal compaint to the ASX above the apparant insider trading leading up to the profit downgrade. All I got back was an acknowledgment of my letter.
As I have posted previously, PPT are caught with a truckload of VGL stock above $1.30 and I suspect it is them that are trying to get out - crucifying the s.p. in the meantime.
Question is now, has VGL issued todays announcment to prop up the s.p. so that PPT can get out of more of their holding. Meaning the announcement is not so much in response to the crashing s.p., rather "pressure" from PPT to the VGL management to "do something".
Todays price action and volume on selling side certainly shows it to be an insto. that is quitting the stock.
