    Its pretty consistent according to graphs. Oct 2013 is the turning point from a surplus to a deficit. Its a new zinc deficit super cycle & people don't even know it !!! The last time zinc entered a deficit super cycle was in 2003, zinc price was $0.4/pound jumped to $2/pound in 2006 (400%). Then glut built up after the 2008 GFC. Take your time by looking into these graphs.
