the meeting in context

Your post was moderated before I could respond to it directly PP.

The real meat is in the upcoming (proposed) acquisition, and what that represents in terms of the whole story. What needs to be understood is that jurisdictional issues are just that. Once you know what they are, you either work within them or around them. If the only arrow in your quiver is taking a single mine from greenfields to production, you better be prepared to wait.

I sometimes wonder whether you guys are the only true believers in the proposition that HT will mine any time soon. I've tried to explain where the investment hook is with BLR, and it aint in HT, at least not yet (IMO). That will happen either to BLR or another owner, at the right time, but if you really think we are all hanging around for that outcome alone, you need to rethink this.

We've managed to extract from Zubana over a series of posts, over a few weeks, that he knows that Ablation technology 'probably' works...phrases like (and I don't have the exact posts from which to copy verbatum)...

"you guys will have a tiger by the tail" and " we know Ablation works in the laboratory" etc.

PP, the application of Ablation to the HT project is material only to that project's development, the issue of licensing further testing of Ablation to commercial levels, the bone you and Zubana have been chewing for the last few weeks, and the reason in part for the public meeting, is a formality.

If it goes our way, great, if it means further delays, given that mining uranium anywhere on the planet is now a 'non-profit' activity, then no one is materially affected one way or another.

What is more important is bringing a world-class technology to a global mining market not concerned in the slightest with Colorado state regulations, as they only apply to what BLR is doing in the mining space, not the global market for Ablation.

Another way of putting it PP, is that the Ablation JV is not a miner, its a mining services business.

With respect to the Azarga interest in BLR, you don't need to be a Rhodes Scholar to see that the proposed acquisition is in many ways a highly pivotal three-pronged fork in the road.

HT is at the end of only one of them.
