I was always amazed with the results of JW because weren't we provided with photos of cores oozing with oil and then there was nothing?

I suppose that a suspicion that there was a faulty concreting job at JW would not have to be reported to the market.

It would seem to my uneducated mind that there could have been a problem with concreting at JW and this could be a reason for the conflicting reports at the time. If I remember correctly there were estimates that JW could flow in excess of a 1,000 barrels per day. I could be wrong so do your own research.
