the nameplate will be for 11,000 not 22,000 at this stage. And an update on this will come end of Jan at the earliest. They need Jan too to ramp up to nameplate. Work programs will be completed this month but don't think they will update the market on that...
We should see a solution (Waste Sales Agreement)in the 1st Qtr 2014.
Its true though, LYC are a producer and items to tick of have reduced to 2-3 items..
Only the price of rare earths will need to be talked about.....
