    Ok I will use the very same logic you used when convincing people to buy on market verses taking the right's issue. Buy options now for 60 cents hoping they will be worth $3.10 in December 2015 equals a profit of zero,buy shares on market now and if they hit $3.10 in 2015 will give you a profit of 63%.
