A few patronizing posts, not much discussion.
Do you still reckon they're getting issued at 21.5c von? If not, maybe you should remove earlier post.
There are limitations on sales but if Bergen pay $1m today, I'm sure they'll want to lock in a conversion price for $1m.
And if they cut the deal short, they don't get the $100k back so it becomes a very expensive bridging loan.
This 130% crap came in a couple of years ago when they knocked around 80-90% of share value out of ISN from memory.
I'm sure the mods won't mind if you list the Bergen success stories here. SUD finally rising now they're having a break from selling. What about DYE, SVL, CCC, OIL, MKB, AYN, PRW .....
La Jolla/Springtree/Lind/ASOF/Bergen/Dutchess/Baycrest all similar imo.
I think Lind/Bergen were offshoots of Springtree.
Only ones I remember going up were PRR & CGP/RNO. Martin Rogers involved in those now a senior advisor at Lind.
