* yes that is an issue of shares [instead of cash] for the $100,000 interest payment. Nothing to do with the ultimate conversion price of the Convertible Security.
* "Sideways" is not what you initially came on here saying. Your original statement was "SUD finally rising now they're having a break from selling" and now you are SURMISING "appears Bergen were asked to stop selling" ....
Like I say ... I really prefer facts.
