    Hmmm... the indepedent expert thinks it's not fair but reasonable. To me, it sounds like the shareholders are getting a raw deal, but don't have much choice because the bidder already has 60+%. Either shareholders accept the offer even though the price is not fair, or they can wait for the bidder to delist TFS from ASX even if it doesn't get full ownership. Either way they get shafted.
