I see the independent valuation report from rsm bird states the scheme "is not fair or reasonable" and their valuation is between 17 and 23c.this will be no surprise to shareholders,and the 14c offer is an insult,even more so that the directors recommended it,but they got their shares mostly for free and will bank millions each,hanging the small shareholder out to dry.vote no,make them get this project to production so all shareholders make $$$,not just directors
