Will the defeat of a change to the PXU constitution encourage more , less , or be neutral in respect to the PXU share price and is it likely to have any impact on swinging holders acceptance or decline of the 250 for 1 offer

On first thought my thinking is it adds value to PPX and continues the stalemate for PXU

If a large band of PXU holders ie PIGS backers were to accept the offer and then have the shares in PPX , I expect that would be a very big stake and hold enough influence to call for a representative to get on the PPX board ..... Graham or your younger funds management academic is there any interest in being on the PPX board , where surely you can have even greater influence on fixing the companies balance sheet and operational outcomes ???
