    No one know for sure.. I would say it due to BG supporting the stock and covering shorted position by some traders.

    I cannot remember if any of the posters here, including me have ever claimed to make any gain on trading or holding BLY.

    A few exceptional investors like Stoeger who have it covered both ways are doing ok.
