Well there simply has been no volume since the closure of the last offer so I doubt any of these top 20 holders are in the money at the current offer price so can't see why they would agree with the low ball offer. Correct me if I'm wrong but we only need 10% of the existing shareholders left to object so really only about 1% of total shares on issue needs to object.
Surely we will have that many.
Anyone have experience if that happens? It would be good to hear some facts about other cases.
All other holders need to use thier voice and don't take it sitting down it only takes 5 minutes to fill out and send in the objection form.
