Did a little bit of surfing on WTF website last night as needed to book some flights/accommodation, so thought Id test them out.
1. Website is terrible for a company grossing $40m p.a 2. Functionality is low and has several glaring obvious issues
Surely they could spend a measly $100k at turn the site into a new age looking beast.
Seriously ugly, seriously needs a good revamp.
I also checked out their google and yahoo adwords campaigns and they were also poor, incorrect keywords used, ads have no structure, just poor.
Lastly, their app is also low on functionality.
Not sure who their marketing employees are, but Id be sacking them first.
WTF should spend some bucks in presentation and functionality areas along with decent promotion or as others have stated, the competition will take over.
As for the business itself, im unsure as have not read the financials too far, but for an online player they are lacking in some areas, imo.
