    From the 18 Sept annnouncement:

    • USD5.5 million (approximately) in payment of corporate advisory fees payable under the Transaction;

    I wonder how much of this has been paid already, and to whom it was payable?

    Whoever is advising these people deserves to be shot, far less paid for their "services"
