zipperlip, Blue bone and Dhufish are too good too spoil by overdoing with other ingreadiants, keep it simple and enjoy for what they are.
IMO, salt and dust with corn flour, fry in some extra virgin olive oil. Note the olive oil has a low smoke point so don't have heat too high.
NO liquid smoke LOL
