I particularly like this quote in the information memorandum
"The counterparty has a strong presence in the Permian basin and is an ongoing acquirer of oil & gas properties through
the negotiation of similar transactions.
The Board of Antares has assessed the counterparty and is confident they have the financial capacity and desire to
complete the transaction. Antares has a 100% perfect history in closing all transactions announced to the market"
Will be interesting to see how the sp reacts tomorrow
