Fish with white butter sauce (beurre blanc) (without liquid smoke recipe!) is worthy of the blue bone of dhufish.
I would not destroy such good fish with the other recipes.
Don't get me wrong aimone, I like those recipes (without liquid smoke) but I would use a cheaper fish.
Now I do wonder if you put the liquid smoke in to pull my leg :-)
