CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY

The Board advises the appointment of Summerset's Finance Manager Leanne
Walker as Company Secretary, effective 1 January 2014. Leanne replaces
Julian Cook in this role.  Julian has been appointed to the position of CEO
upon current CEO Norah Barlow's retirement in April 2014.

Pursuant to Listing Rule 12.6, Leanne is responsible for communication with
ASX in relation to listing rule matters.
