RUT CFD chart is looking a bit nasty with what looks a clear lower double top, but look again and there is a higher double bottom. The direction of the trend determines the significance of the pattern, so the HDB has more significance than the LDT.... unless of course the trend has changed. If it hasn't cahnged, this should turn into an inverse head and shoulders.
