    From a silent multi year holder, and .Just an opinion, in that Maybe a take over is in play, as AVB has become too large for the current management boys to handle, and the heavy duty boys, via Blackrock, Vale, or a yet unknown entity , is stepping up to drive AVB to the next level??.
