Seriously if is was a takeover I personal think the first offer would be low ball
Avb would be crazy to except because this company will be worth at least 3 dollars and achieve it faster than we think
But as alluded by all the punters today it has something to do with exploration but I also think that something has developed in the last few days and management need to put together on top of what the original th was about

I would say avb is in total shutdown to seal all leaks
I reckon we may have to wait till new year before anything comes out of the avb bunker
Shame as xmas cheer is alive and well as the punters are in the grip of a good rally through to 2014.
Plenty of cricket to watch, drink beef, eat turkey, open presents and celebrate a new year. Couldn't be worst time to have part of your portfolio in limbo. Oh yes and the beach.
