I wrote to Marengo and got no reply. I wrote to Sentient and got no reply.
So much for the small shareholder.
I’ve decided to vote against the Sentient deal, because of the lack of information , and as a protest.
It will make no difference to the result , as the major shareholders can easily carry any vote by themselves. But it is likely my last chance to exercise my voting rights in any meaningful way.
Once the vote is passed, MMC essentially becomes a private company. And my shareholding will likely be diluted out of existence.
I’d rather take my chances with the administrators and sell the deposit. I’m sure they could get more for Yandera than 1.6 c /share.
