sop resource

Following on from “Why Not” post I have revisited to upside potential for reserves of SOP.
The greater the reserve tonnage, the more attractive RWD will be to a large (probably foreign) corporation, and – ergo – the higher the share price will be.

LD – SOP resource – 24.4 mt to a depth of 4 metres (RWD Broker presentation Oct 2013)
Thw WA Geologiccal Survey Report (available on RWD web site) has mapped paleo channels in the area, postulating a depth of up to 150 metres (p 141). These channels could host reserves of SOP. If drilling confirms, then there could be around 500 mt of SOP (at least 20 times the measured resources announced to the ASX) in LD.
LW - SOP resource - on same basis, say, 500 mt SOP based on “why not” calculations.
Add in potential for Lake Auld, and East LD (forget Lake Dora – it’s in a national park). In addition there is Lake Mackay, the Officer Basin and Adavale.

If this is confirmed with drilling - then we have a 1 billion tonne SOP company! Now that’s going to get someone’s attention.
