Nufarm advises that Standard & Poor's Ratings Services has confirmed its BBB-
long-term issue rating to Nufarm's senior secured A$530m  bank facility, and
at the same time, lowered the senior unsecured issue rating on Nufarm's
US$325m notes to B+ from BBB- following the refinancing of the senior secured
syndicated bank facilities.
