    Tell them the other side of the event as well...

    He stepped in and took up the shortfall in a cap raising at a critical time for the company. He possibly even kept it afloat. That was why he was over loaded and had to lighten up.

    Also worth mentioning given the obvious intent of the original comment that this company is run by a team of industry professionals with very good track records.
