I think the re-rate will start before then and go on for a lot longer than most suspect. Some will still take the risk (Blackrock and Glencore did of course) May not be as sharp as some hope either but I'm OK with that, my time scale is not that of a short term trader. Copper will have many days in the sun before the AVB story is fully sung.
