I always thought that while the land title argument raged in the bush, the first land taken by the white invaders was in the vicinity of the Sydney Opera House.
It just seemed odd to me that while landowners around Lightning Ridge for example were stressing about what would happen, the curators of the Opera House obviously had no such fears.
