    Theres been a number of recent patent approvals for RSV and Vapendavir.

    The Vapendavir approval extends the patent from 2021 to 2029 (which the company had noted was a possibility in a previous Form 10K release).

    If nothing else it gives the company a few more years to flog Vap to someone (where's Alan Bond).
