The reality is that I dont know, so you are probably right. This week coming will likely tell us, either way.

My average is now $0.338 after the last trading week. I always keep some capital in cash, and that enables me to buy when I need to. However, like you it meant selling other stock so that I am not overweight equities. It has also meant NEN is my only stock. But this is not unusual for me.

The further purchases do not indicate that I believe NEN to be further derisked or that my confidence is increasing (even though it has over time). I am merely taking advantage of what I believe is the most undervalued, risk-adjusted, stock on the ASX. Hence I see no reason to hold anything else when im not going to achieve the same risk-adjusted returns.
