I’ve lived on the east coast for 50 years and I know the tides/sea level very well. The highest sea level seen by myself was some 35 years ago when the beaches were severely eroded and the monster sea surge smashed an opening in the pool wall of the local council pool.
I have NOT seen such a high sea level since, and if anything I would say overall the sea level has dropped a tad and I’m very doubtful it's confined to just the coast in and around the Illawarra.

Now they themselves are caught in it LOL!
It might be time for some to go chasing the IPCC for damages due to their abysmal efforts and blatant negligence.
