There is little management could do re:timing. The NT EPA refered the project to the commonwealth for assesment under epbc. That trigger statutory timeframes that can't be altered. There is no chance of the project beibg derailed on this basis but certainly does add to the perception of risk. My view is that the market is used to companies over promising and under delivering so abu's story is met with scepticism and probably will continue to be until ML is granted in late second quarter (my opinion... Of course).
