my experience over 20yrs is that when ANN like this get delayed its because things aren't good and they are trying to evaluate it for future reference I doubt xmas would have anything to do with it these guys run 24/7-365 days less xmas day and good friday not weeks off like the rest of us.i hope im wrong too
