Shady Merv, I am not going to be too scientific about it. Basically if their main business at 31/Dec 2013 is gold i.e. producing or exploration then they will be considered a gold stock. If they during the year happen to stumble on a massive copper deposit then that's your good luck. But at this point they must be considered a gold producer or explorer as their main project or business. MYG is a prime example where they might start producing FE, however their main project is still a gold project.
