you cant say this is a 2.50 stock... I used to talk like that... Fundamentals change. shares on issue and commodity price changes. As well as that they have yet to announce nameplate Stage 1 production which is what the market is waiting for. When they release that, then the sentiment will change on this stock. But 2.50 worth, maybe if rare earth prise rises and they perform stage 2 nameplate... For the moment, we should aim for 60-70 cents price target for stage 1 nameplate and a normal PE ratio...
