DasKapitalist, a "Cost Benefit Analysis" has nothing to do with a persons health or well being. If it did the doctors reception desk would be maned by triage accountants who would turn you away if you didn't qualify for a medical consultation.
The doctor is the only one who is qualified to assess the "medical" merit of a person seeking a medical consultation.
DasKapitalist, you posted the Libs purpose was to "stop the unwashed....going to the doctor on a whim". I'm assuming you got that information from somewhere.
So my question was "who is going to the doctors on a whim?"
There was no inference nor any accusation about it being your belief, it was just a direct question about the information in your post.
