    canonman, I would suggest the ratio is more like 25/75 .

    and that 25 is also subject to further risk wrt whether a desired amount or a less than desired amount is allocated.

    This puts the chance of a desired ALDP outcome, into the odds ( risk ) ballpark of more like 12 to 1 or,, 8.5 for 91.5 against
