I have a family member who is terminally ill with a long-term disease. The person is now a case study in MJA. Our experiences with GPs are not good.

1. Patient passed around from GP to GP. Several said "I cant't help, so don't come back."

2. One GP insisted that the symptoms were just depression. Patient unnecessarily addicted to benzodiazepine for 1yr.

3. Took two years before one GP suggested a certain path test, which revealed the disease.

GP are fine for those who are not actually sick. If you are sick, a Filipino village faith healer is a better bet!
