your 6 kpi for the appraisal of the management may not be the same kpi's that some else would apply, nor may they comprehensive.
It is rubbish for you to assert that there is no accountability for the running of the company where the AGM has just been held and PM was re-elected to the board and there were no motions of no confidence moved or attempted to be moved in the management.
Accounts were audited and passed, so with respect, your assertions are rubbish and your logic flawed.

The requirement for capital for the future development, in my opinion, has not been explored to this point in time and I don't think that it will be until there are final results from the A2 well.
When they are clear as to the way forward, then I think they will put what they need in place.
Results come first.

I also disagree with your logic as to the reasons for the shareprice decline.
The continual negativity here from a small vociferous band of posters has in my opinion done a lot of damage to the stock.
