Site visits is a bit of a vanity metric; when it comes to value for the customers (advertisers), it's all about enquiries - that's data which only an advertiser or the portal themselves can give to you.

Traffic can be manipulated in the short term through various strategies such as search engine ads (which typically results in a short term boost - once you turn off the ads, the traffic drops back). What's more interesting from an investor point of view are the metrics around engagement - the site which gets more consumer engagement will deliver more leads to the customers.

If you look at the bounce rate for the two sites, rumah.com has 37.24% of visits bouncing compared to 34.23% of visits on rumah123.com. If you factor that into the "estimated visits" then the gap closes quite a bit.

Time on site is also an indicator of engagement - rumah123.com records 2 minutes more per visit on average than rumah.com.

Unfortunately, Alexa can be quite misleading in itself - the traffic data is only an estimate from a small sample size and it can quite easily manipulated. Getting data from ComScore, Effective Measure, etc is much more reliable.

However, Alexa is all that's publically available - there's some good analysis tools on top of Alexa provided by SimilarWeb. See http://www.similarweb.com/website/rumah.com and http://www.similarweb.com/website/rumah123.com. You can also contrast by adding them as competitors: http://www.similarweb.com/website/rumah.com#/#rumah123.com
