The DICE work between the CSIRO and exergen was first flagged on the 'news' tag on the exergen site in 2009.

In 2011 exergen, ignite and CSIRO got $1.3 million from the bcia to continue the DICE work.

In March 2013 dicenet was revealed as a global consortium of key coal players. In late 2013 $10 billion bcp benefactor Greg Hunt names DICE as the key to his LV direct action agenda.

On the eve of ALDP awards by the Vic Govt the Vic Govt controlled BCIA reveal that the ALDP is to fund the DICE fuel techs!!!

The list of DICE participants and the CSIRO papers you mention make it VERY clear that exergen chtd is the optimal DICE fuel production method. The dicenet site also makes it clear that exergen is earmarked as the only exporter of DICE MRC.

If the next ESI ann says that Coldry's Latrobe Valley plans are not 'achieveable' then it won't take MM (Mr Market?) long to realise that the BCP/ALDP is ALL about exergen, ignite & DICE, with a side serve of Chinese State owned Shanghai Electric.

so exergen have been in cahoots with CSIRO since 2009, so not early days my friend,, keep researching, you'll wake up one day one would hope to whats really going on here...
