What will be of interest here & viewed by many states & countries will be the data to come out of it over time & how legalization may indeed provide far greater benefits (or worse) while also significantly boosting government revenue.
>> Crime increase / decrease at current growth rate ?
>> Legalization increase / decrease use of other hard line drugs ?
If it can boost revenue while lowering crime & decreasing use of other hard line drugs it's surely a win win situation.
Not to sure on the number of individuals that see arrest & prison time over marijuana but again surely a huge saving and more often than not I'd assume that's putting people in the system for such a petty crime amongst other "real" criminals.
