i urge uncertain gcr holders to contact

Ian Buchhorn of Heron Resources.

Mr. Buchhorn is the major holder and Managing Director of Heron Resources and in Heron's
informative announcement of 16th December - with the subject heading -
"Heron Resources Announces Binding Offer To Take 19.9% Placement In Golden Cross"

I have read in some posts here that some GCR holders are unsure of why Heron's interest in GCR.

At the very end of the Heron Announcement Ian Buchhorn makes the following remark...
"If shareholders require further information on Heron's suggested strategy for Copper Hill, they
may telephone Ian Buchhorn at Heron on 08 9215 4444."

It seems to me that real changes (FOR THE BETTER) can only happen at GCR with the backing of
shareholders which currently looks reasonably strong.
And emphasis on contacting management with any queries!!!
