Lei88 - publicly available information in company releases state that plant will be operating at nameplate for this quarter. Your interpretation is wrong thats all.
Thats what they told the market so thats what they will do.
Cafa - There is no excuse for them NOT to be producing at nameplate and they need to be there to satisfy commercial arrangements.
They have had their 6 months to upgrade the plant now they need to produce....
Simple as that.
