I reckon the announcement makes perfect sense...if you do the math in your head coldry is useless/unprofitable in oz without the transport infrastructure...it can only show off...
Where as in india they can probably build it for a fraction of the cost and have demand for it straight away...Australia hasnt even abolished the carbon tax yet...
